New Choice: South Hills — Attraction in Castle Shannon

We worked with Traci at New Choice. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She is very easy to work with and we were able to take samples home to see how they would look with our already existing quartz countertop on our island, we were not trying to match it exactly, but compliment it with another style of quartz.

When the installers came, which they were right on time, but I was a little nervous because there was a slight language barrier. However, within about 2 minutes of them starting to demo our old countertop, I knew there was no need to worry. They were quite the dynamic duo. From the demo, to installing our new countertop and under mount sink, their work was impeccable!! They were very respectful of our home and made everything look so easy. Quite the craftsmen!! We are extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship. I cannot stress enough how easy the demo and install went with the men that did our project!! And we love our new countertops!!

I normally would never do this but after 30 emails and a bunch of non-responses the customer service with this company has been total trash.

our kitchen cabinets are 3 years old and several of the faces already need replaced. several of the kitchen drawers no longer sit flush and the entire bottom row of cabinets were installed so poorly that the seam on our granite countertop has cracked.

starting with right after installation we noticed one of the doors was damaged and we tried to get a replacement and nobody ever followed up with us through email. so now just a few years later I'm staring at these crooked lower cabinets and my cracked granite countertop and can't get a response from anybody at this...

My experience with New Choice has been extremely positive. They replaced vanities & quartz counter tops in 3 bathrooms and our laundry room. I was impressed by their work which was impeccable. The communication leading up to installation was great and they were on time with each installation.
