Good open area for practice or activity tjat requires a lot of space.

This area is part of brushy creek over flow area and will have runoff if the weather is excessively wet. Plan accordingly.

Not sure if you need to reserve the area for practices, but be aware that others use this area for lirs...

Love bringing my dog here to get her energy out but you gotta watch out for ant hills and sometimes there are itchy bugs in the grass if you aren't wearing pants...
