Excellent campground. Quiet (as quiet as possible in the center of a town, next to the 'main road north'). and easy access. Soft earplugs (shooter earplugs) are useful to have available.
Although the showers aren't modern, there is adequate space. (we used our 5th wheel RV for everything except showers as we live in it full-time.)
The campgrounds are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
This campground is 'made for the fisherman' - if you want walleye or catfish (night fishing) or the occasional northern pike. the city fishing pier is located next to the campground, and is only a short walk away - accessible to wheelchairs. all along the river fishing is excellent as well.
