Its ok. Has fun stuff for my wild one. That said- there's a lot of mgmt flaws, particularly relating to the climbing and sky maze course. 1. Staff is not well trained and its understaffed or mismanaged staff. 2. Too many balls in the ball pit, they are getting all over the floor, a hazard with kids running all over. 3. A supervisor or some variety told my kid he was playing too loud. He was playing the same volume other kids were. After my kid stopped a another came doing the same thing on the xylophone thing. Lets not put a xylophone and then be ridiculous about a person using it as intended, not banging. 4. They let small kids on climbing equipment that requires a minimum height. In fact, they dont even have a measure device easily accessible for staff to measure their height. They just guess. 5. Most staff scheduled dont even know how to put on harnesses and they throw staff in there and the staff stands there requesting support on how to do it. Majority staff are nice at least. 6.. They dont list hours equipment is not open and they dont know when it will be. Typically it seems that evening is when they have the climbing equipment open. 7. They created some crazy homemade rope device to attach to kids, that i dont understand, to "make it safer" (see photo) 8. I watched a kid too small try to go on the sky ropes course he couldnt pull the rope and he fell on the stairs as a result, when he fell the rope caught him and took him down a small distance and then banged him into the railing and just as he tried to get his footing he fell again the rest of the way down banging into bottom railing again. (Theres a midway catch so you cant fall straight down fortunately. ) 9. They dont want to amswer the phone so they leave it off the hook even tho people are standing around...

A few things I saw happen… I saw a one year old sneak into the ropes course and begin climbing the stairs (which lead to an open platform that’s 30ft high) & The employees didn’t notice till he was half way up… The employee at the rock wall asked my son if his harness fit him. He’s 5 and doesn’t know but she should... I asked her to do a test in a safe area to ensure proper fit but she didn’t. The ropes course takes courage for the little ones but they can’t pull their rope along with them. It says they should be 42in to do it, but really, you need to be 60in to do it or you can’t pull your rope with. They should have an employee in the ropes course with the kids helping them if they need it. They give them no tutorial or instruction for what to do and that can be overwhelming when you’re up high and feel stuck with no one up there to help… Multiple kids going down the slide at the same time in a hog pile. A girl fractured her spine due to a malfunction with equipment already Lots of ball pit balls on the floor, just waiting to trip someone running around or not paying attention. Employees just kick them to the side instead of picking them up.
It has potential but I want to be able to come here and let my kids run around and enjoy things. However, with the safety concerns I’ve seen, I haven’t been able to do that & that’s...
Read moreWe had a great time at Jump Start on opening day. We took our 2 young grandkids and all 4 of us had a blast. This is not your typical trampoline park. The bouncing experience is completely different from a trampoline park. There was so much variety to the activities with something more fun around every corner. The space was very clean and staff were abundant and helpful. They were good monitors of each play space. Do I wish the price could be lower; yes, but I have to say I’ve paid the same price at a trampoline park and this was SO much more fun. We spent 2 hours climbing, bouncing, sliding, dodging and...
