9Round Selwyn is my favorite gym ever. Craig and the other trainers truly love what they do and it shows. Every workout is different and challenging, but it's also a lot of fun. And with it being 30 minutes, it's a no brainer to get in and get it done. The fact that there's no class times makes it so much easier for me to stick to a routine. If I'm running 10 minutes late? It doesn't matter, I can still get there and do my workout on my own time.
The space is well maintained and the music they play is awesome. I've gone to other boxing gyms that smell bad or are very hot and 9Round Selwyn is the total opposite. I can be pretty picky about a gym being hot or uncomfortable and I'm always comfortable here, even when they make me run outside in the summer ;) It's never too busy and I always feel like I get personal attention during my workout when I need it.
In just a short amount of time I can feel a huge difference in my strength and endurance and I can't wait to see the results long term. It's also a place that no matter your fitness level or limitations/injuries, it can work for you.    Read moreWhen I started 9Round, my wife just had our second child and I needed to make a life change. I needed to walk the walk and show my kids what a healthier life was like by making changes to my eating habits and signing up at 9Round.
Itâs been hard work but the trainers have been GREATLY supportive and amazing. The gym friendships have been beneficial to keeping the drive alive. The âno class timesâ setup has really helped with my hectic schedule allowing me to fit in this workout whenever I can. The fact I burn so much in just 30 minutes is a bonus.
I hands down recommend this place. Donât be intimidated. Everyone there is helpful and will see you through it, trainers and members alike.
As of this post Iâve lost 55 lbs, was motivated to start running, completed my first 5K race and knocking out my first half marathon in 2 months.
