Updated Response and Hope to not have any grammatical errors this time since that seems to be a belitting factor to Owner/Manager Mr. Mike: So, Mr. Mike, in me meeting you for the first time you were rude and obnoxious in person, and over the phone prior to arriving for desperate need to get my device fixed; you think I would want to ask for the owner who you say you are and feel confident enough to tell you as I had told you then I was just asking, when you refused to advise of how you all handle claims and things regarding repair of vaccums/shampooers? If you are a mature man, it doesn't call for you to get on here and comment abusively to people such as myself and calling me outside of my name. Your responses as an owner/manager and supposed business professional regarding some bad experiences someone may have had at your store and I can attest I had a bad experience! Whether you want to believe it or not at least I have my reciept for my service. This makes you look bad and very unprofessional. I get reviews on my work as well and I don't respond to bad experiences the way you do from customers. I try and make things right, but in your book you don't believe that customers are always right you would rather call them everything but a child of God.

After another vacuum shop said they couldn't fix my machine, I found A1, and they did for a reasonable price. I've been working with A1 Janitorial Supply for years now, both as a business owner and for my home, and I can't say enough good things about them! From day one, Mike and his team have been amazing. Yes, he’s busy as a small family business owner and sometimes short, but he truly cares. He's transparent about the process and pricing, which I appreciate. They always take the time to understand our needs and go the extra mile.

Their product range is fantastic and top quality. The personalized service is a breath of fresh air, but more importantly, his products help freshen the air at my business. I've never found some of the products he carries anywhere else, and they work. If you have an area that doesn't smell right, contact him.

I've gotten my vacuum repaired there in record time and rented his floor cleaning machines. His prices are so fair; I couldn't find a better deal, and I called everywhere. Our business now buys all our cleaning supplies from him, and we utilize many other services he offers. His products are amazing, and he even extended the warranty for me on a machine. Mike is quick to respond, and deliveries are always prompt. Supporting a local, family-owned business like A1 feels great too.

I brought my Dyson vacuum here, calling ahead I got a rude responding man whom told me he was the manager. Then when got to the store in person to drop off machine for diagnostic he was making evil faces the whole time and was shrude toward me and I kept calm and dealt with him civilly. When picked up Machine I was trying to ask questions about what they found etc, and they were rude in response advising that my Dyson was clogged so it wasn't covered under warranty and I only needed to pay for Cleaning out the unit. It was affordable, but I would have paid to go somewhere else just for more friendly and kinder customer service. Overall, my machine performed better and don't feel comfortable going back for their service even if prices are affordable. When we pay for something we pay for a 100% positive experience. If you hate people and don't like dealing with folks, then maybe you should work not having to deal with people face to face. All I have done, and not have gone back to this business, is I have sent up prayers to the Lord for Jesus to save, heal, and deliver. Thanks for what service you all did on my Dyson over 2 years ago.
