This business has nothing to do with customer service, as they did not bother learning it. You can be at this business all day and no one will even attend to you. Even if you don’t know how to speak English, I mean courtesy is available in all race and tribe. The owner and the tall guy who gives you price are so rude, tell me why I got here at 9 paid for the goat I wanted, you told me it will take an hour. I left and came back in 40 mins and they had not even attended to my order. And two hours later they are attending to their kinsmen. While I’m stuck here, and even when I reached out like you told me my order would be ready two hours ago and I don’t see you sorting out my goat, you are telling me I’m making an issue. This is your place of business you are making money. Our time is money, the market is monopolised that’s why you don’t value your customers. If you had competitors I guess there will be value for people and their time.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, because the people here were unbelievably kind and helpful. They even gave me a good deal on the chicks. Unfortunately, I’ve had them for three weeks now and have already lost 4 out of the 10 I purchased, and it looks like I may lose a couple more. From the start, I felt something wasn’t quite right when I received them—the chicks seemed weak and unwell. I’ve raised chickens for years and have never experienced this kind of loss. I tried everything I could to nurse them back to health—B12, VetRx, dewormers, antibiotics—but sadly, nothing has worked. I just lost another one last night. This isn’t to take away from how kind the sellers were, but I do want to caution others to be aware of the health of the birds before purchasing.

It was a different experience, picking the livestock of your choice and getting it cleaned in front of you. There’s a few variety of livestocks like chicken, hen, duck, guinea chicken, rabbits etc. the staff there mostly comprehend Spanish but can manage English. One different experience I had was the torching after the cleaning. It helps to remove any feather stubs and hairs and at the same time enhances the flavor. You just have to ask them specifically for that.

Extremely disappointed with the service. There is no concept or thought of customer service. We went to buy goat meat. First of all there is no one to tell where we can get goat meat. People there really don't bother to tell what is available with them. At last (after 30-45 min) found one person who can speak to customer. First of all they have hardly 4-5 goats. He showed some big goats then we said we just need meat around 15 lb. Then he showed one small one and said cost is $200, it looked so small so we asked how much meat we will get after clean and cut, but he is not interested to answer. As we need the meat, we said ok for 200. Then he left and one more guy came in and says it will cost 250. We said the other guy just quoted 200 and we agreed for it, but he is not ready to listen. Increasing 50 dollars within a minute seems fishy and no one interested to talk. So we left the place quietly. Overall experience is disappointed and not a chance to visit...

We recently visited Big H Farm and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, we were told that the price for small roosters was $12 each and $20 each for the big ones. Based on this, we purchased 2 small and 2 big roosters, which should have totaled $64. However, we were charged $100 instead.

When we questioned the discrepancy, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that the prices were $25 for small roosters and $40 for big ones, contradicting what we were told earlier. Her behavior was unacceptable, and she was unwilling to explain the charges properly or treat us with basic courtesy.

This kind of service is incredibly disappointing and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. It felt like a waste of time and money. We would not recommend this place to others based on...
