How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. I decided to take my crew of workers here for our lunch break as they had earned a good lunch from working so well lately. We arrived at 12:08 & ordered our 4 orders of food. Nothing wild, nothing special, straight off the menu. Ordered to go as one of the men was waiting at the jobsite. After we ordered at least 5 people came, ordered and received their food and a couple even finished their meals while we waited 45 minutes for ours. When we finally asked how much longer it would be, we were greeted with annoyance by the one employee that talked to us, and a literal eye roll and ignoring us by the other we could see. If that had been the only bad part, no problem. Upon getting back to the jobsite and eating, we were met with one of the most bland Chinese meals I've ever tried. The Mongolian beef was described by one coworker to be something that tasted as it was already processed through the human body. The lemon chicken left very much to be desired as well. The orange chicken was not wholly disappointing, but it was decent. The only saving grace of the place was it was clean and the price was fair. Not great, mind you, but fair. Will...
Read moreI have to edit my review because the owner wants to claim that they told me this before I ordered, but let’s get one thing straightened out. NO YALL DIDN'T!! . They didn’t make this clear a quick Google search will show you that they’re trying to scam you to make it some nasty cheap way…..
Misleading chow mein and disappointing service. I ordered chow mein after Googling it to see what to expect—thin noodles with veggies. But at this place, they serve it differently: plain, unseasoned chicken with vegetables and chips instead of noodles. I’ve never seen chow mein served like this anywhere online, so it caught me off guard. They didn’t tell me about their special version beforehand, which was frustrating. When I asked for a refund, the owner seemed really bothered—snatching the food and speaking angrily in his native language. I know he was bothered by the situation, but all I wanted was a simple refund and to leave. I usually love this spot, but this experience was really disappointing. I wish I had a picture to show you, but I wasn’t thinking of that at the time. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to waste your money on something that...
Read moreTruly disappointed as I’ve been going here for years. Decided to try out chow mein today for the first time ever. Of course I looked it uo before ordering. I get my food and open it only to realize this isn’t what I wanted. They gave me boiled chicken & vegetable in a white sauce, with “crackers” as my noddles 🤢 Chow mein is suppose to be “ a classic Chinese dish of stir-fried noodles, vegetables, meat, and sauce. The name translates to "Supreme Soy Sauce Pan Fried Noodles" “ according to a quick google search. There was NO NOODLES. NO BROWN SAUCE. NO Flavor , no nothing but boiled food in a white sauce. The man that runs the place is RUDE & speaks his language when he doesn’t want you to understand what he’s saying about you. & even tho I told her I would only refund the “chow mein” they serve and keep the fried chicken wings, the man proceeds to quickly snatch the bag of the counter and told her to just give me a full refund instead. Absolutely rude and the place has gone down in the food quality, and they have the nerve to raise the prices....
