I placed an online order and was treated less than for doing it. After going to put gas in my car I head to get my order. After pulling up the website and would not let me check in so I went in and made sure they had my order and went back outside to wait. I went in again 20 minutes later and several customers later and asked if it was ready and was told no the have been busy. So I asked do you take all walk-in orders before online orders? I got huh? So I went back out to the car and waited another 20 minutes so now no one in the store I go back in to see if I can get my order, yes it is ready. Again I asked do you take all walkin orders over online orders, again I got a huh? Someone else walks in and I realize I am missing the churro she said they are out of them I asked can you take it off my bill? She ask manager oh we have some freezer I ask how long they take to cook I have already been waiting 45 minutes at this point since getting to the store, apparently the frozen churro only needs to cook for 40 seconds. She threw the churro on top of the torn up bag for me to try to carry all of my food out with no bag I had to ask for one. I asked again do you take all walkins over online orders I do not want to make the same mistake again at this point she looks at the manager who said YES we do. At this point the customer standing in line says well you are now making me wait, there is only 2 people working. I said I placed an order online so I did not have to come in and wait in-line. After all of this there is no way I am eating this food it was thrown away in trash can. Who knows what they did to it and I do not know long to cook a frozen churro but I am not finding out. This is one of two bad experiences at this location never again. I was hoping they got better than last time over a year ago when they said they were out of what I ordered at 7pm and had no way to refund the money. I took my receipt to Subway at Belmont NC and they fixed the order for me at a loss and refunded my money. Read moreI always come to this location because it is closer to my home and i have met the manager in the past. I know she was trying to get better staff to work but as of today I will NOT come again. I usually order Curbside and today was no different. My order was suppose to be ready by 4pm. So I waited and waited until about 4:10pm. Then I called the subway number on Samulen Lane. A youg guy answered the phone and said my order should be ready in 10 minutes. Granted there was no customers inside at that time. So I continued to wait, and wait and seen 2 customers walk in and I thought my order should be about half way ready by now but NOPE. The girl came out with her sandwiches and the other guy stayed inside. So finally around 4:20pm I got my sandwiches with no bag. The young guy said they were out of bags. I ordered harvest cheddar chips multi grain the guy came back and said they ran out of chips and there were nothing left. Usually that wouldn't be an issue with how slow it was (my buddy and myself the only customers there at the time), but the individual appeared to be inexperienced and had to work slow in order to ensure the job was done correctly. It was almost 30 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we walked out sandwiches in tow. Management should not leave an inexperienced employee on their own at any time in any job. For that alone, and what it shows of Management's lackluster interest in their employees growth and development, I'll have to mark them down as two stars, as who knows what else they don't care about.
