Freeman Lake — Attraction in Chelmsford

If you go at the right time is great, but if no life guard is on duty people don't follow the rules. Last time we were there a dog was on the beach and people were grilling (right under the trees) both which are not allowed. The dog was going to the bathroom and their owners were drinking alcohol and dancing in the water like strippers. It was disgusting. The park is beautiful and the basketball courts are clean.
