I had my powder brows done at this establishment. The initial (first) appointment went well, but the second (touch-up) appointment was quite disappointing. I had to wait for over an hour beyond the scheduled time. They explained that I had to wait because the previous customer arrived late, but waiting for an hour is entirely unacceptable. They should prioritize customers who arrive on time instead of making them wait for so long. I only waited because I had already paid the deposit, and my appointment was for a follow-up touch-up. It is also unfair for me to reschedule another appointment. Furthermore, my PMU artist, Laurissa, seemed grumpy and had a bad attitude throughout the appointment due to her previous clients' experiences (I overheard the entire conversation while my eyes were closed during the brow tattooing) This unprofessional behavior was unwarranted. I shouldn't have to deal with her attitude simply because she had a negative experience with other clients. She also didn't apply enough numbing cream, making the tattooing process very painful. I requested more numbing cream, but she didn't seem to care enough, so I had to endure the painful process. I attempted to talk to her to alleviate the tension stemming from her prior clients, but she was so upset that she cut me off. On a positive note, other PMU artists at this location, like Randy and Samantha, were very friendly. It was only PMU artist Laurissa who exhibited a poor attitude due to her previous client experiences, which is entirely unprofessional. Additionally, my powder brows didn't even last two months. My first session was fun and painless. I say painless because I have something to compare it to. I had micro blading done by another artist 5 years ago, and I felt... if not all but most of the blade carving through my skin -__-. The procedure left me with red undertone brow. Thanks to Renlysa, she fixed the problem. With Renlysa the procedure was painless and she made sure you were comfortably numb in the treated area. Renlysa is a natural, she picked the color that best suited me. It felt like I was in and out because of our easy conversation. I could’ve laid there longer and just chatted her up.

Her staff was friendly, I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile, we did the whole Covid temp check, change into a new mask and sanitize before stepping into the room. They are clean CLEAN, so you know that you’re in good hand. Such a great team!

After my visit I was handed an after care packet. It was easy to follow, they really take care of you and the pouch has everything you need to carry you until the touch up. When I came back for my touch up, she focused on the area that needed more attention. I laid down, she worked her magic, I sat up, was handed a mirror and boooom I love my brows!
