The frustration and disrespect that I felt by going to this place. I in good contience Can't give a good review to ((Rise marijuana dispensary in Chelsea mass)). I don't recommend this place ((unless your been helped by the exeptional women that work here.)) The male workers were rude and disrespectful and unhelpful. I first asked for a flower I wanted to buy..they din't have it.. he would not even give me a alternative to buy at all so I won't leave empty handed . I said to him "your gonna lose me as a costomer" and he planely gave me the 3rd degree and started to talk to the Caucasian male manager. so I said f y'all I'll take my business else were...as I walked out with nothing.. on the way out the Caucasian manager trew a plastic container at me. Real professionalism so cowardly no consideration that the costomer is always right.. For nothing he took it in defense to trow something like a child luckily it dint hit me so I walked out.but hopefully a general manager will look at the surveillance video. Cause every time I go there to Chelsea dispensary I spend 200$ +pluss tax and 5 $ tip. I will never shop there again I will go elsewhere were they can show respect and apreciate my business and give me some comon currency..and those rude ignorant workers need a desperate training on true costomer servise. Maybe take some tips from the women that work there.and I will also tell my friends to go somewhere else were they treat people...

Please give Jacky her flowers ASAP. She probably wonāt even remember me because itās been so long. Doesnāt even matter because my experience with her was unforgettable. My friend whoās been there a ton of times couldnāt even help me decide. I was so overwhelmed. When Jacky saw how confused I looked, she immediately went into teacher mode. She described each and every product into detail.
Jacky either paid attention during orientation or sheās a natural for this type of shit. When I tell you this girl knows her shit she knows her shit!! She made the whole buying process easy. She knew all the answers. When it came time to cashing out, the cashier person was going over all this extra shit and I had to cut them off like āJacky already told meāš¤£.

Ā Ā Ā Read moretruly a joke to the industry, after purchasing two disposable pens. one didnāt work, when going to return it to the store i was told all sales are final. the manager on staff stated too much of product had been used. the reality is that zero product had been used since the pen had not worked since purchased. this establishment is an unfortunate disgrace to the industry and the service is even worse. will gladly never return here and promote others do the same. i encourage ownership to train their managers instead of telling me to come back for a third visit to resolve a simple issue. update: since i am stuck with the product i have ultimately killed the battery with a full cartridge of product left. cannot wait to return to my wonderful state of colorado where customer service is present in every dispensary and the product knowledge can almost be overwhelming as opposed to a store like this where the manager even witness zero product being used during the test in store! truly a wonderful reward after completing the marathon on monday to be treated to a faulty product and even...
