This is a great place to relax and spend time at peace away from the world, I’ve been coming to this place for about 5 to 6 years; I always go once or twice a month To get a body scrub, I suffer from a bad dryness in some areas of my Body and ever since I have gotten this body scrub Services done to me I have seen a tremendous improvement in my skin But recently I have been feeling uncomfortable With the guy that provides the body scrub services for the past three last visit, I’ve come here he has been harassing me asking For a tip so the first time that he did it, I was in shock because the previous people they have done the service never Waits for you in the locker room when you are about to leave And ask for money so that first time This guy asked me for money luckily, I had a $20 bill so I gave it to him so I started feeling a little bit uncomfortable so the second time that I went there to get my body scrub when I was going to get the service the guy greeted me in a cool way and provided the service an Excellent job. But at the end of the day, when I was about to go home, I saw that he was waiting in the locker room, and he was staring at me, when I finish getting dressed he came up to me asking for money again, this time I didn’t have no cash on me, so I told him that i don’t have cash with me and his reaction towards me made me feel a little scared because he started shouting out loud in his language that I did not understand almost in my face so I just kept on walking. I let about a month and a half passed by until I came back to this place to get the body scrub Service so this third time That I Went he saw me and gave me like a stink face and provide it a poor service with the body scrub. But then again at the end of the day in the locker rooms, he was just waiting in there again and when I finish getting dressed, he came up towards me and asked for a tip this time. I only had five dollars in cash on so I took out the money and I reached towards him to give it to him And he saw that it was a five dollar bill I guess that he wanted more because he didn’t even reached out to grab it. He only said waving with his hand. No, I don’t want that so that made me feel some type of way extremely uncomfortable and in my head I was like I am never coming back to get this body scrub service with this guy so I made a decision to tell The gentleman upfront about this concern… And the gentleman told me that he was going to speak with his manager about this situation so that she can address it. I hope this gets resolved because I really enjoy my time...

New review 1/11/25- Really want to stay supporting this place but I am not comfortable with someone having a cell phone in the treatment wet room. Also talking on speakerphone to their insurance company in the locker room. Very worrying. ————————————————

This experience was on my bucket list for over a year and I was not disappointed. I was apprehensive based on multiple negative reviews and I agree that the exterior is very unattractive and could be a turn off if you are not brave. Once you enter the building (entrance is on the side) you can use the elevator or the stairs to go down one level.

Off the elevator you will find the entrance with a very polite and informative greeter who gave me towels, robe and locker key. She gave me a quick explanation of what to once inside.

I quickly changed, you strip down for this, all the way, everything including all jewelry. Put on your robe and enter the shower room. There you will find several showers, 3 soaking tubs of varying temperatures, steam room, sauna and the tables for scrubbing.

I soaked in the hottest tub for about 15 minutes then moved over to another soaking tub that was a little cooler. I don’t know the exact temp of the tub but the first tub was making me sweat and feeling sleepy.

They called me for the scrub and I tell you, what an experience. She was quite amazed due to the amount of dead skin that came off my body. I was also amazed because it proved to me that all I do is get wet in the shower. There is a level of pressure and angles that no one can accomplish on their own with a routine shower. The attendant was polite, intentional with her task and did an amazing job. After about 40 minutes she was done and I took another shower and rinsed my hair. Overall I spent about 1.5 hrs and could have stayed longer if not for the drive ahead of me. This was $$ well spent and I will never get a body scrub at a traditional spa again. This was way better.

This is a Korean culture, this is normal for them. If you are not open to the experience then don’t go. The place is clean, I saw no hanky panky or anything offensive. You are naked and there are multiple ladies...

I enjoyed my massage here . It is not very “newbie” friendly . It was my 1st time here . I honestly didn’t know where I was supposed to go , where to wait, what room is what . The rooms are not labeled like “salt room” “steam room” “clay room” etc . You kinda just have to open all the doors to see what’s in there. Lol. Also when I made my appointment over the phone , I asked for a message. I thought I was gonna her rubbed down with oils and I was not . I was given a shiatsu massage . Which was great . Just threw me off a bit as I had never had one before . Upon my departure I had many questions about the membership fees and prices etc . The lady at the front desk was very very very helpful . She was so happy to help me and explain to me everything . I didn’t feel like I was a bother to her . It was not the same lady who made my appointment and checked me in. I wish she would have asked me what kind of massage I wanted , because I didn’t know I had a choice , as I’m a newbie. But the nice lady who checked me out let me know that American massages are available and are the same price . Next time ask for Swedish massage . I really really wish the young lady who took my appointment would have gave me these options , instead of assuming I wanted a shiatsu massage . In short — the massage was great . Maybe like 2-3 movements were painful . But that’s expected with that type of massage . My body’s was refreshed when I left . My therapist was very nice . She always asked me was I comfortable or if something was too hard . She was amazing . I went on a Sunday afternoon (3pm) not to crowded at all . I will definitely be coming back and getting the body scrub. I wanted to get that but was afraid because I never had one before and didn’t know what it entailed . But after seeing the other ladies get it today , heck yea — I’m getting that next time lol. Also the ladies side was practically a naked beach 😆😆 did not bother me . Was kind of relaxing . Was no one staring or anything like that . everyone was very respectful. Both the guest and workers . I will be returning . Thank you guys again ❤️ HOPE THIS...
