DISAPPOINTING AND INSENSITIVE EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS PLACE
Visited this place as read it is run by a Chinese Gold Medalist swimmer.
Instead, I encountered a shockingly dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the management. The manager (possibly the owner) acted as if they were doing us a favor by even considering my child for their small pool. My child has a learning disability, and the staff showed zero empathy or understanding. Their insensitivity was deeply hurtful, and to make matters worse, the manager bluntly suggested we “look for another swim school.” Trust me, we would have left anyway after such a cold reception. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so appalling it deserves NO STARS. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this facility. I was beside the pool watching and asked the coach not to talk and she behaved better. But if the trainee’s parent is not around the coach will keep talking . The coach who talks the most is May. The instructor was patient, encouraging, and made the experience fun for him. I was impressed by how quickly he picked up on the basics and how confident he seemed.
