The worst most unprofessional staff work here. Hanna or Ana needs to be fired or demoted to somewhere in the back loading and unloading. Somewhere where she is not talking to customers. I came in to buy formula for my baby and Ana the manager was taking such a long time to scan literally 6 times all formula I asked her how long is this going to take. Her reply verbatim “you can go to CVS across the street if you’re in a hurry”. Walgreens owner of this specific location and or corporate people like Ana the manger needs to be sent to communication classes before even holding a cashier job yet alone represent or over look staff. On another occasion, I tried to make a Covid test appointment online and after entering my insurance info it told me they are going to bill me $128. I called the pharmacist and she told me to try again because it’s free and I told her that’s what it says on the site. She told me to try again and I told her no I’m not going to try again thru the site and she hung up on me. I called my insurance guy and he told me Walgreens changed their policy to charge for Covid test so I went to rite aid to do it for free. But rude pharmacy staff. They need to train them better.

   Read moreI was browsing the Christmas section minding my own business when an employee came up without saying a word and decided to just stand and watch me. I said hello and expected an offer of assistance when I realized it was not. After some awkward moments, I asked her for some help with a photo pickup order. She gave some strange excuse as to why she was watching me, something about drama with another employee, it made no sense. I was mistreated at the register. Towards the end she started to seem more hostile, maybe even shifty eyed and not speaking clearly. Whenever I'd ask her "I'm sorry?" She'd get angry at me and almost yell what she wanted to say.
