Bounce Zone Tampa is SO FUN! 🎉 My 3-year-old spent several hours happily playing on their bounce houses (some had slides, obstacle courses, and more) & the giant climbing play structure with ball pit, slides, and trampoline. He also loved all of their arcade games. They have some snacks available for purchase so we had to stop for a push-pop break, before moving on to their coloring room. They also have TWO party rooms, perfect for birthdays & more. FYIs: Bounce Zone Tampa is for kids ages 12 and under. They have a small area for young toddlers as well. Kids must wear grippy socks but you don’t have to purchase them there. Adults are not allowed on the inflatables or the playscape unless they need to rescue their child, so I just followed my son around to keep an eye on him. Location: 5208 West Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33624 Hours: Mondays Closed Tuesdays 10a-12p Toddler Time Wednesdays 10a-12p Homeschool kids all ages 0-12 Thursdays 2p-8p Fri-Sun 10a-8p Parking: Free shared parking lot. Price: -$17.99 per child for unlimited daily admission -$15.99 for toddler time / homeschool days -Memberships starting at $49/month Other Services: -Birthday parties starting at $389 -Field trips $10 per child -Full facility rentals $600+ Website: https://www.bouncezonetampa.com Phone: (813)265-8000 Email: info@bouncezonetampa.com Follow @kidthingstodointampabay for more kid-friendly activities! 🌴

My kid was happy with the experience, but having been to multiple different similar places, both in the US and out, I can honestly say it’s nothing special and pricey for what they offer. Firstly, very upsetting to see that they offer free drinks for a 5 star review. Very hard to trust the reviews being truthful. The bounce houses need a good clean for sure. The white should not look brown! Never understood why children have to have socks and yet all adults are allowed to have shoes on, even though they walk on the same carpet! Don’t get me wrong, I agree with no shoes, but either make the adults take them off too, or separate the walk path for the kids. Not suitable for children that can’t walk yet. There is no place to set a crawling baby that’s not walked on with shoes. And that is fine, but I always thought family-friendly places should really consider the whole family. And reality is, a lot of families have multiple kids at different ages. Even if I loved this place, coming would not be a good idea as I can’t have both kids burn off energy at the same time.

The only reason that I'm giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars is because the bounce houses need a good cleaning, and a few should really be updated. The bathrooms are updated and clean, and the staff is really friendly. The website gives you the impression that you need to make a reservation prior to going. This is not the case. I really like the fact you may leave and return. For example, if your little one(s) needs a nap, you can leave and return as long as it's the same day. There's massage chairs that parents can use while the children play and pleanty of other seating available. My grandchildren LOVE this place! This place has the potential to be amazing! Hopefully, I can give them a 5 star review one day.

DO NOT book your child's birthday party at this facility! There is no benefit or added value to booking a birthday party and in fact you will spend $100 more for even less by doing so!

I did not realize this until after paying for my daughters party. It's a much better deal to do the general admission and pay for pizza separately.

I had exactly 10 children so of course paid for the 10 child party. This cost me $215 + tax and tip. Total was $247!

The facility defaults a 15% gratuity to the TOTAL bill, not to just the pizza / party room portion. If I had allowed this, my total would have been $265. I changed it to 5%, because tip should really only apply to the pizza / party room cost, and not the cost of the entire party which includes facility use. This came to an $11 tip for our "host" to lay pizza on some plates and attempt to cut our cookie cake. After cutting 6 massive slices I relieved him of his duties and did not see him again.

By doing the birthday party, my group of kids were only allowed to play in the bounce house area for 40 minutes, and then 40 minutes in the mouse maze area. They could not go back and forth! After this we spent 40 minutes in a lousy, quite, boring, useless "party room" where the kids ate cake and pizza.

If I had instead simply purchased the general admission for 10 kids ($9 per child for 2 hours of free play) it would have been $90. This would have allowed my kids to play for 2 hours in the entire facility at their will, and not be limited to what areas they could access.

Then I could have bought 3 pizzas at $10 each, plus $5 for capri-sun drinks ($35), for a grand total of $125 plus tax ($133) and avoided the need for a tip. The only thing we would not have been able to do is eat cake since they don't allow it on the picnic tables in the play area.

So again, by purchasing the birthday party, I spent $114 extra for 40 minutes in a useless party room, and reduced my kids playing time by 40 minutes and limited them to where they could play!

To add insult to injury, the facility allows other kids who pay for general admission to play in the same areas that parties are going on. So my kids had to stay in one area, while other kids were able to free roam as they pleased.

The facility is very sloppily run by high school age kids who are rude, lazy and couldn't care less about customer service. I even asked the facility for a partial refund since I was essentially ripped off by doing the party package and I was simply told NO!

DO NOT BUY THE BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE, at least not until they change the pricing and offer at least some...

It was a very very sad day for our family who was told they can bring a cake which they have previously done with out any problems, how ever today we were not allowed after planning it for our granson who we only get to see once a month for only 2 hours. The place was practically empty and with 2 woman and there 2 kids we were a family of 12 so pretty much empty. The manager was a arrogant young man who said had we called previously and schedule it we would had been fine and I told him please pretty please my ex husband and his wife called and we're told it was fine but he said quote on quote no I am in charge and I said no, I even told him I would pay more to please let us bring our cake in and he said again no! But he let us put it in the fridge so when we left we can take it with us at this point we had already paid and didn't want to break my little grandsons heart so we let him play than after pop open my hatch to my truck in front of the place and sang happy birthday from the parking lot because the time of visitation was almost over. The manager was looking out the glass doors without a care for family or customer service and mind you 2 weeks ago we celebrated my grandaughter bday here and it was without notice and we were treated kindly by an young girl but this American young man was bothered even when I asked him to please call his boss I will pay whatever please let us site in like a family and enjoy my grandson and he said your lucky I'm letting you bring in the bag of gifts smh it did not make sense but as my husband says when your in the desert make nice of it so we did but I do not recommend this place and the bathrooms smelled terrible and the young man was so busy following us around it was very weird we never experienced that there before but we will not refer it or go back it also was 85 degrees in there it needs...

The Bounce house is nice for all ages but beware it is not a private area like other bounce house facilities. There were so many kids I could not keep track of the kids in my child’s birthday party. I feel bad saying this Our party guy mike and the room smelled really really bad and all the parents were complaining about it! It was awful and unbearable. Also, make sure you check your bill because there were a lot of extras added in at the end. They added a $50 service charge which I later found out was actually the gratuity when I had already gave the guy a $20 tip in cash. Also everyone in my party went and got waters and socks and they just put it on my bill without asking me. I had already ordered drinks for the party but we were not allowed the drinks until we went to the party room but once you go to the party room you’re not allowed to play in the play area anymore which my husband and 3 kids were scolded for going back into the play area. Hello I just spent $350 there and you’re not gonna let my kids play any longer after the party was over. And not only did they not let them play, they yelled at them. And my 2 older children are very well disciplined children, so they were extremely embarrassed. The bounce house is really nice, especially how everything is in one room and it is for all ages but I would not have another party here unless some big changes were made to the staff and how they...
