Harriet Tubman National Historical Park Visitor Center — Attraction in City of Auburn

Would be great if it was open, please update your hours or explain it better. People drive far to see this amazing historical site to leave disappointed. This woman saved how many lives and this is how you handle her legacy? That is poor management at best. Do better. For all that need times etc ive posted a photo so you don't get disappointed. Drove up from Virginia to see Harriet Tubman’s home for 200th Anniversary! Supposed to be open until 3pm. Even though no more tours given at 10:00 & 2:00, it said self- guided tours until 3:00! We’ll visitor center sign said “Out for Lunch” hours later, still said it!!! Called number on web-site, said she’ll call back September 26th! It’s...

Wasn't open and there was no one at the visitors center. Nice to see where she lived and coordinated her efforts, but the weeds are overtaking the porch. Not a great experience and not sure COVID can be blamed...
