Felix Barber Shop — Attraction in City of Rochester

Won't be going back. I got there and when I spoke to one of The barbers they said I was next. so I waited for the barber who was supposed to cut my hair was finished and once he was finished somebody walked in with her kids and he started working on their hair even though I was told I was next. so I sat there for about an hour and a half while all of these other people who came in WAY after I did got taken care of. I was completely ignored. it's like they completely forgot I was there and they were taken care of people that were coming in after me when I've been there sitting and waiting. Also when one of The barbers started to cut my hair he didn't even pick it out. I sat down and he just started to cut my hair. So when I left it was completely uneven. My daughter needed a haircut yesterday. She has a gentleman she goes to all the time but he was out of town so Felix barber shop was mentioned to me. I saw so many guys I almost didn’t go in. Two of the barbers were out front and they were closing within the half hour. I asked if they had anything available and he said of course, any one of them would be more than willing. They told me to go in and have a seat. The owner, Felix, was cutting someone’s hair but when I say he was so welcoming. I can’t express how nice him and his staff were. I think I knew them all by the time my daughter and I left. True Gentlemen, they were. One of the Barber’s even gave us quenepas from PR while we waited. Definitely will go again! By far the best barber shop in Rochester I normally have Kevin cut my hair and he’s fantastic and very friendly wish I spoke Spanish better so we could converse more because English is not his number one language so you can’t be upset really he’s always very comforting and welcoming sometimes we have good conversations about life and it feels more enjoyable than just a haircut felix is amazing as well have only had him cut me twice but if you want EXPERIENCE how about cutting hair for as long as I’ve been alive and I’m 27 not much more needed to say his attention to detail and patience and making you feel like you matter in the barber shop are traits not many can match this is my...
