I had no idea what to expect when me, my granddaughter and her uncle came to see you last weekend. We stood in line for almost 2hrs but the haunted house lasted about an hour and was well worth the wait! My granddaughter and her uncle said they really enjoyed it! Me? Well, let's just say i haven't been that petrified in years. I'm sure people in line will remember me. I was the old lady that ran out while being chased by a man with a leaf blower. Lol šŸ˜† was I embarrassed? Not really. I thought about it all the way home that I should have known that was going to happen. I was in line watching this guy chase people out and I was still scared at the end! I give all the actors and staff a 10 out of 10! Sry this will be the last year. Good luck to you all in your future endeavors! And thank you for the memories!

One star for the wait... just way too long! We arrived at 730pm and was out at 10pm! Long, slow, cold, boring, wait! If they said they would give me $20 to wait 2 1/2 hr to see show I would have said no... we found out they were selling "skip the line" tic's for $30, but were not offered them when we asked for our 2 tic's! That is rediculas how they were sending those people in ahead! The actual show and performance was pretty good I will say and 4 stars at least, just the wait spoiled the whole event imo. If you are 15 to 25ish y/o go and have fun, probably more fun hanging out while waiting...

Really great job! First year at a new location was impressive! We screamed and jumped and were scared through most of the attraction. The set up was awesome and the actors were great. Looks like a lot of work was put into the set up and they did a really good job! Also, the skipline VIP pass was just awesome! 10 bucks extra and we skipped well over 100 people! We were escorted to the front of the line by security and only had to wait a few minutes..pretty sweet deal!

It's time to change the theme. I was very disappointed in the lack of effort put forth. Not "scary" to the degree they would like you to believe. "Actors" seemed almost non existent. It's the same dusty props just different location. I'm so disappointed. I brought some first timers and they were like "that's it?" I was embarrassed. As you see we live in an area where constructive criticism is unwelcome. So it's my fault that in twenty years all that has changed was the location. While you're in line the security guys tell people they are rated number 1 attraction in the area. They don't tell you they are the only one in the area. They are delusional if they think they compete in the same class as fright nights, or the Headless Horseman attraction in Ulster, or the haunted corn maze. People are entitled to their opinion and should not be criticised for it or face retribution either. FYI you look ridiculously immature criticizing someone's opinion. No one's trying to hurt feelings. The venue is full of potential, the concept is great, however after 20 years of attending this event lacks originality, the last few twists and turns, actors were non-existent, the lighting effects could show much improvement. I'm all for ya dudes, however as a long time faithful supporter who every year encourages many people to attend your event in the spirit of supporting Halloween and the local economy. I've also, as a major Halloween fanatic, have attended many attractions throughout this area and nationally for over 40 years, and I also contribute reviews to publications that take part in rating said attractions. If you haven't been then please go and form your own opinion. If you're one of the few hundred people I have spoken to that have formed a similar opinion of this very same attraction. A few lighting Tweeks, a greater number of more enthusiastic actors, more graphic makeup of a higher grade, and some interactive scenarios and scenery will go a long way and have em talking about coming back and telling others. My apologies if I inadvertently offended your...

Absolutely phenomenal. Definitely a must visit. As some of the other reviews stated, the wait time was incredibly long. But to be fair, this was the weekend before Halloween, which I imagine is one of the busiest weekends for them. We knew about the skip the line tickets, but decided to wait anyways. After waiting a while (we didn’t realize the line extended to inside the building), the staff were incredibly understanding and let us go back to the ticket booth and upgrade our tickets. So we went back and upgraded our tickets and got right in. As for the attraction itself, I don’t know if words can describe how great it was inside. There were multiple themes, and each one you can tell that so much work, effort, and creativity went into every single room. Some of the rooms were just so cool, we wanted to be able to stop and look at some of them because of how detailed they were. But the actors were so good that we had multiple genuine jumps and screams and went through pretty quick. You can tell the amount of care and love that went into setting this attraction up. We will definitely be coming back again, just making sure to buy the skip the line tickets from the...

I LOVED IT!!! So this is the new location for this masterpiece of horror to take root in. Fans of the old location in Utica will quickly feel the same atmosphere that the old location had. The ambiance for the haunt begins as soon as you go to purchase your ticket. Then standing in line, the fear begins to creep into you as you can hear the screams of terrified patrons inside as the actors work their magic.

As soon as you enter, you’re immediately transported into a realm of horror! The actors are very dedicated to their craft. They have amazing costumes that you can just tell took hours and hours of work to create. Their dialogue conveys urgency and invokes a sense of dread and fear that will make you hold your breath in anticipation when you enter a room.

The scenes are so intricate and so detailed that you will swear you walked into a scene right straight from your deepest nightmares! You will be excited and scared to death to see what the next room holds as you make your way through this amazing world they have created.

It is worth every penny to go to this attraction, and fans of haunted houses and horror will love this and I highly...
