Using their products helped me completely quit smoking! FINALLY! The selection of flavor tobacco liquids is huge. The selection of vape devices is modest but reasonable. They carry too many giant models and very few discrete models. I didn’t want something the size of a loaf of bread and neon pink! I wanted something about like a cigar that could fit in my shirt pocket wouldn’t look ridiculous. Their prices are very fair. You get a good deal if you buy a bundle of flavored tobacco liquids. Their vape devices last for years! High quality. The STAFF are lack-luster. They seem to be all physically large individuals who hate moving from their chairs. The shape of their service counter requires that the employees take a few steps. They all seem to really really hate physical activity of any kind. As if it is highly inconvenient to get up, gather your items, and meet you at the register. I would give 5 stars if they had fast, friendly service. I've been going to this location for about six years now. I am no longer smoking traditional cigarettes. Ever since switching I've felt amazing! Thanks to Unique Cigs and its wonderful staff, I was fully knowledge on how to use their products properly. I also love the fact that I can order online and have it shipped to me in two days for free! This is a great benefit of shopping here since I no longer live in the Watertown area. All of their flavors of e-juice are amazing! They always have the newest products out as well. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get away from traditional cigarettes. Update 11/2/18: So I moved out of Watertown almost four years ago. I was devastated because Unique Ecigs isn't anywhere near Buffalo 😭, however....I just ordered a couple of bottles online on 11/1, and they're already being delivered on 11/2! Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I went into this shop today as someone completely new to vaping. I didn’t catch her name, but the lady working was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining the different components of the vape in ways I understood. She helped me choose a new kit, the perfect coils, and explained the difference between the different kinds of juices. This was the third vape shop I have been to in the past two weeks and I won’t ever go anywhere else! Thank you so much for all of your help and your amazing customer service! The gentleman there was also extremely helpful in getting me set up with everything and explaining the battery cycle, when to change the coils, and how to fill the tank.
