Paddock Arcade — Attraction in City of Watertown

Dear Watertown City Council & City Planner: Please consider directing some Revitalization Grant money to the second oldest American mall built in 1850. I don’t know if it was initially in the plan for improvement in the downtown strategic investment plan. I don’t know if it’s on the National Register of Historical Places either. Malls come and go but this historic gem is one worth saving.
