Westlake Ace Hardware — Attraction in Claremore

I like Ace Hardware. Typically I try to stop there first because I would rather spend my money there then say Lowe's or Home Depot. That's why I gave four stars. As for my experience when I went to the store I wandered around for a while before having an associate come to me and ask me if I needed help. I said yes and then I was looking for a circuit breaker or switch and he walked me to the circuit breakers and switches I was looking for a circuit breaker that would normally go and an electronic panel but all they had were circuit breakers for a home breaker box. This was fine however I just have never used one and didn't understand exactly how the electronic path was made. I asked the associate and told him how I assumed the path was made and he told me that was wrong and said normally these just sit inside the breaker box and you run your hot to here and pointed to to screw type terminals. I got my multi-meter in return to the store to find out that he was absolutely incorrect. In fact the hot coming from the line side goes to two blade type terminals in the back and then it continues through 2 the 2 screw type terminals in the front and then to the load. It doesn't bother me that he did not know it bothers me that he gave me wrong and potentially dangerous...

So happy Ace was there. I was running errands for a work crew clearing trees and storm debris from my rental property. I was after a chain for a chain saw. The owner had me take a picture of the saw model and the numbers on the blade. (There are LOTS of numbers) The first place I went had some very nice young ladies there but they had no idea what I needed. However another customer said, "Just go down to Ace and they have a kiosk where you put in the model number and it tells you exactly which chain to get." So I went. But I didn't need the kiosk. I was greeted when I entered, told the young lady what I needed, she pointed me to 2 young gentlemen working in the chain saw area, I showed the first one my pictures, he immediately said, "This is what you need!"
