Decent sized gravel parking with water access and view of Tuzigoot ancient dwelling, Taawaki, Clarkdale and Jerome not far off. Can be buggy in the summer. Sandy and rock trails, some better marked than others. There's an occassional religious group who bring signs and don't seem too friendly (i.e. offish with quiet passeerby hikers who aren't there own. Wont say "hi / good morning" back when just standing around and pass cold looks kind of thing but jubilant with colleagues. Low key weird vibe for around here, but not really a big deal). Trash cans on site. Toward Tuzigoot itself, you can see some 9mm rounds in some signs. Not an official outdoor range / shooting pit though....

Absolutely...

We hit no higher than Class 2 Rapids but did end up capsizing so it's still the business...
