This beach is not nearly hidden enough. People have found out where than can take their kiddos right here in town, and the extras almost make it worth the walk in. While there is parking available, (Maybe 15-20 spaces), there is not nearly enough most days and never on the weekends.. and. U r not aware of this until it's too late. Turning around takes time as there's barely room to do so down by the restroom.ur only alternative is to park up top at the park(large parking lots) and walk down, tho u WUD need to carry everything down either the road or a long staircase... However, the sand here is perfect for sandcastles and burying other kids. There is also lots of grass for families to sit on while enjoying the sunshine, as well as large trees to cool off under.tgeres 1 or 2 charcoal grill spots with picnic tables close by to the right of the swimming area. The water at the beach is very shallow for the little kids. Also u have access to other areas via a paved path that runs in both directions. There's a foot wash on the path side of the restroom, as well as several garbage cans along the path that...

I'm glad I stumbled across this site and was able to pay tribute to him.. I definitely recommend stopping by and pay respect to such a significant...

The river current is gentle near the shore and the water's gradual drop off make it safer for kids, but don't forget your...
