Absolutely horrid, want to get stalked, judged, find a manger with attitude? The perfect place for you! the place is now so messy just like the employees especially the manager at this location she’s always giving people bad looks. I went there three days ago and they said I couldn’t buy a jacket because they didn’t put a price on it that’s on their end not mine. I asked the manager if she could put the price on it and she said no in a rude way. The next day I came back to see it and it wasn’t there I’m so sure the worker wanted it and took it. But that’s not what bothers me it’s the manager. She was talking to someone on the phone and said if customers complain about the price ticket not being there and not being able to buy it because of that she’ll not put the price on it to make it worse. Dude this is the childish immature person you guys choose to hire as a manager there? There are far more people who work there who are nice kind and work so much harder than she does. That’s just ridiculous how she treats others. She’s always looking at you every second to see if you find something good. Not to mention 2 months ago there were 2 rats! What a perfect goodwill...
Read moreMy niece and I were in the Clayton, NC 212 Briarcliff Drive location, with her three year old. He was tired and crying. The very rude elderly cashier came over and said another customer complained about my nephew crying and we needed to make him stop. He’s three. Not sure what her child rearing standards were but, children cry and not sure how we were to make him stop. My niece asked who complained. The cashier said “I’m not going to rat them out”. Surprising terminology coming from an elderly person. We put our items back and left, and trust me, never to return. There was a customer who was so kind and apologized for your employees rudeness. I hope a Goodwill Leader sees this post. It was truly disgusting and quite telling of that cashiers character. She was so nasty that we thought it was possible that she was the one bothered by his crying. People, please be kind to young Moms who are in public with a crying child. They need our support, not public...
