Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with. We contacted them to complete our sign Bc they were recommended by our landlord. At the first appointment, I waited 45 minutes before I called them see where the rep was. Even though I had spoken to her the day previously and confirmed, she said she never had a confirmation from me. The second appointment she was an hour late.

I provided them with the entire design, including the file types they needed, image files and font names. They kept changing the font on one portion of it and I kept asking them to put it back. After almost 6 weeks of this, I asked for deposit back and was told I would my deposit because of all of their design time spent on the image. I was flabbergasted.

The sign was finally ready for install and it gets there and has a funny pink border around it and part if each letter is picked out Bc the letter images are not one image, but individual images placed together. I ask them to re-do the sign and they tell me it'll be 4 more weeks and another $600.

I will never use this company again. Anyone who does, be prepared for drama, inexperienced sales reps, and being taken...

Contracted work in November for a building sign, street sign with digital display. It is now 6/19 and the street sign only has the business name sign (installed on 6/6/17). The street sign lighting is barely visible due to the weak lighting inside. It should also be noted that only after we mentioned legal action did they start work on the street sign poles and install the first part. Today we went to see their progress on the digital sign. The digital display hasn't even been purchased by them but they have told us multiple times that they had it. The owner, Aldo, is constantly lying about status updates and will schedule work on days that it has already been forcasted to rain. They won't show up on scheduled days blaming the rain, but it will not rain that day in the area. He is extremely unprofessional. Almost never answers the phone or calls you back when he says he will. If you don't want to deal with a massive headache go with someone else. The street sign with digital was supposed to bring in a lot of business. Without it we have likely lost a lot of potential business. They have left us little options but to pursue...

We had Aldo with BNext come out and quote our sign project for a new business. Upon doing so, Aldo left with a deposit for a sign that we were told would take 2-3 weeks to come in and install, this was in September. Aldo ghosted us for six months. No phone calls or text messages to inform us of the projects completion date after countless attempts to reach him. He took our deposit and we didn't hear from him for 6 months. He randomly showed up one day last week to put the sign up and upon doing so demanded payment for his work immediately and was extremely rude in our place of business. This was the first time we've heard from him in 6 months. I would highly recommend staying far away from Aldo and this business unless you want to be taken...
