Don't waste your time here. Wasn't even greeted when I walked in. Nobody seemed to care when I asked some questions. Tall woman behind the register seemed like I was bothering her. I just stood there waiting to pay and she just looked at me and said nothing till the kids next to her said come over here to our register. All the consoles and games are overpriced and you can find them elsewhere cheaper. Sad thing is I was actually planning on dropping some money here. But since nobody really seemed to care I got one game and left. Had someone helped me I would have spent $100+ here. Instead they got $13 and I felt bad giving them that. I get it your a small business and your prices maybe a tad higher. But you think being a small business, they would want to treat a customer right. Do yourself a favor and drive to Fitchburg That's Entertainment. Cheaper and...
Read moreI was a long time customer but i will not be returning to either store. The geek boutique sold me a broken console and when brought back to be repaired nothing was done for over 3 months, they screwed with the tamper seal on the ps2 and blamed me for it and wouldn't refund me. The console was never checked to see if it was working properly and when referred to trade it in they said they would give me 5 dollars for the console that was sold broken to me. They had also lost and or sold one of the games i had given to them to test the console with, they did give me the money for it but i rather still have the game then the money. Everyone passes the buck here and no one can take responsibility when the situation comes up and rather blame the customer. Terrible service would not recommend...
Read moreDo not come here for MTG. They have the nerve to charge 15 dollars for a draft and at the end say that they don't do prizes for draft. When I asked why they replied that 15 dollars is how much it costs them for three packs. Even buying packs individually from a store costs about 12 dollars. When I pointed this out, they said that they have other costs like having someone work to run the draft. It's greedy business practices like this that are killing local game stores. Never giving them any more business and I would strongly advise other people to consider this...
