The park itself is of fair quality. The new gravel track/path that was put in a few years ago is a major appeal, especially for those who like a place to run or walk with friends. A good place to hang out with others on a lazy afternoon. The park includes: a walking/jogging trail an outdoor splash pad (basically wet concrete, good for small children) the second largest zoo in New Mexico a putting green (golf) the city aquatic center several rentable venues for parties (venues include pavilions, benches, volleyball pits, and the like) squirrels who like McDonald’s sauce as much as...

Great city Park, with so many things to offer. You could spend the whole day at this park. It has an outstanding new large playground for the younger ones. It has eight brand new pickleball courts. It has a cool splash park for the kids. It’s got two dog parks. This park also has a cool zoo in it. It’s a small zoo, but it’s a big bang for a low entrance fee. It also has a pond where you can sit around and feed the birds. And it also has a mini golf feature and plenty of room to throw a frisbee-outstanding park. One of my favorites to take my...

Clovis is a dump. This place at the very least feels a bit separated from Clovis. Its far enough from the boonies to have a nice relaxing time with your family during the day time. It's quiet, and everyone does their own thing here. Of course, the park equipment isn't in the best condition, and the restrooms and abandon brick building kinda bring ya back to the reality that this is Clovis. Other than that though, its a park i'd prefer to go to if you just want some piece and quiet. (Green Acers is more for the social...

Fun and cute little zoo. I didn't have very high expectations but I enjoyed going! Really hope everyone gets to see the bear statue with horrifyingly human eyes. Very nicely shaded, easy route with plenty of seating/benches around the park. It doesn't have a crap ton of animals, but it has way way more variety than I expected. And I loved the roaming peacocks too. Had to grab myself a feather at the shop at the end. A word of note, the Llama exhibit has a picture of an Alpaca on the sign board for some reason?
