The Design Shop — Local services in Clovis

Disappointed in the service we received from the design shop! We placed an order for shirts for our work function on June 23rd. The function was July 25th more than enough time. She stated she could have them to us 2 weeks prior. Well after placing the order I never heard from her I sent her 2 emails no answer! It took for one of us to go down there to see what happened, come to find out She supposedly never got my emails so never ordered the shirts to make. We still asked if she could complete the order we were in a bind she said yes we picked up our shirts and found that we were still missing 8 out of 27! She said she would have them the next day come to find out she never placed the order for those shirts. She was not sincere at all about it blamed it on being short handed acting like she didn't care that we couldn't even wear our shirts early and it's not like we didn't pay her! She sent me a message stating she would make it right she was sorry still have not heard back from her!...

Lousy service took my order no call back to tell me my order was ready or they could not do it. Kept calling no response drove over there 2 days before father's day to see about my t shirts sign on door closed today sorry for the inconvience also closed on Saturday. I will never do business with a place that takes your order and then don't have the decency to call you or anything else. I was told my order would be ready on Monday. When I called to check, I was told it would be done Tuesday instead. Now it's Wednesday, I still don't have my order and no one will answer the phone.

This kind of service is completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. The lack of reliability and communication is incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that values its customers and keeps its word. This experience has been nothing but a...
