Honestly i usually don’t like these places but going back after years was so fun! Especially with the right people! 🫶🏼#CapCut #skyzone #fresnoactivities #clovis #fresno559 #friends #family #trampolinepark #yogurtland #fyp #familyfriendly

Just went for my son's 6th birthday (no party through them, just us going for the day), and it was pretty epic! We got tickets and did waivers online, as well as bought the Defy grip socks you need to use that have some cool design options for kids. We missed our initial time to go jump by 15 minutes while we got settled with lockers (free and easy to use, though small so getting a backpack in is a little tight, we just used 2) and bathrooms (squeaky clean!), so we had to get a new color-coded wristband for our time and then wait in line for the very short showing of rules. We went for two hours, brought in our own water bottles and didn't buy snacks this time. I have two 6 year olds and a 2 year old and worried the toddler couldn't do anything, but there were plenty of other littles having a blast! Taking turns on equipment was mostly smooth between kids, the only thing we avoided was dodgeball due to some unruly teens playing too aggressively with it for my kids. Staff was nice and helpful. It's a little pricey but well worth it for the 2 hours!

Been taking my kids here for a few years. Place is deteriorating with no care about the facility or the customers that are there. This zip line was my son’s favorite. The thing barely works. The wheels ball bearing are shot and the whole thing needs WD-40 and lubrication. Gets stuck every 12”. The bubble jumping area needs inflation badly. These conditions make it not so fun and very unsafe for our kids. I made it a point to address this with two employees today who could care less. It was almost like “don’t bother me, I just work here”. A regular announcement was played over the loud speaker saying double jumping is prohibited as I watched a group of 8 middle schoolers double jump some friends, all while a staff member sat back watching it all quietly collecting a perceived minimum wage. Bottom line: I’ll be canceling my membership to what is a deteriorating and poorly run facility who clearly does not care about their customers.

BE AWARE!!! If you get a membership and want to cancel, do it yourself online and do not trust them at the front desk because they lie and tell you it's cancelled yet keep charging you!!!

We came here planning to only get a one day pass however we were informed that the price for a one day pass was the same as a monthly membership that they said you can cancel anytime by calling, going online or asking one of the associates at the front. Okay so I got the monthly membership. I planned to only keep it for 1 month. We came about 15 times during that month so I felt like we had got a good deal. About half way through the month I told the guy at the front desk that I wanted to cancel our membership so that it would not renew after the first month. He took less than a minute doing something on the computer and then told me "okay it's cancelled." Well turns out months later I am checking my credit card statement and I have been charged two extra times!!!!! Keep in mind I have several kids and my husband on there so the total was $128 per month. So total of almost $260 extra that we were charged for something we never used. I immediately call them to cancel and explain them my situation that I was told my membership had been cancelled and they say management will contact me but there is no guarantee that I will be refunded. Management has never gotten back to me. I have the date when I cancelled, they should be able to check the cameras and see me talking to the guy at the front. I never even went for the two extra months that I was charged because I was under the impression that we no longer had a membership, so just a complete waste of money. I have had to submit a claim with my credit card company which is a hassle because Sky Zone is telling my credit card company that I am not owed anything. I'm still waiting to see if I will be issued a refund or not. I think this is very bad business. Please contact me sky zone!! I'm still waiting for management to get back to me as you said. Also be fair with your customers. I had planned to get my kids a month membership two times per year when it's our holiday but after this experience I don't think we will be back. It's unfortunate that this has happened because my kids did enjoy going there. Only other complaint was the music was a bit too loud. Overall it's a fun...

Facility is clean, everything appeared to be operational. Check in was simple, although we did get asked to do a membership, however having read the other reviews of the impossibility of cancelling I gave a firm no.

What disturbed me was that the staff did not appear to be monitoring activity closely, and there were two very unsafe situations I encountered. I believe it is the parents’ job, not the staff’s to watch the kids, however, they need to have basic protocols to keep kids generally safe. Here is what we observed:

A very young (later found out 4) girl was stuck up to her neck in the corner underneath one of the inflatable mats. Kids were bounding along and no one took note of this little girl. She was stuck, as there are no safety precautions in place to prevent small children from getting stuck in and around these huge mats and the walls, and she could have been in real danger. I pulled her out and asked her to show me where Mom or Dad was. No staff member in sight!

Secondly, a girl about aged 8-10 (hard to say) went down hard on the obstacle course by the zip line. Her ankle was very swollen and she was bawling. A staff member did come over (yay!), however, promptly left her alone for a good five minutes in the middle of the obstacle course, with other kids running and jumping around her while staff member went to find the parent. I stood by her and kind of shooed the other kids away so the poor thing didn’t get trampled. I mentioned this issue when the staff member returned with Mom, but she said “yeah,” and indicated they didn’t have enough staff to clear the area and/or wait with an injured child while their parents are located.

Both of these instances could have resulted in serious injury to the kids, and both would be remedied by having more staff, having more attentive staff, and having protocols to deal with injured kids. They also need to address obvious safety issues, like gaps such as the little girls was stuck in.

I intended to and did follow our 8 year old around to ensure her safety, and I would again, especially after what I saw today. If you go, you need to follow your kid around and pay attention. You cannot count on...

The place in Clovis is going down hill. The last 2 times we went it took almost an hour for 1 staff member to check in a party. Understandable to an extent. Other staff could have checked us in but they had excuses and yet everyone else was cutting and going to those staff memembers and insisting they be helped. Very unexceptable. This last visit my child had a wrist band and went to stand in line and followed the rules. They let her and a group in to jump. Approx 15 min later she came out to have me get her a drink and then back to jumping. They wouldn't let her in. I went up to them and asked what the issue was and they said her wristband had a time which wasn't for another 15 minutes. So we had already been there an hour then she played another 15 and then they say it wasn't time for her yet? First the staff member should pay attention to the time they put on the wrist but more so the staff that is suppose to be checking rhe bands prior to letting them into the jump zone should as well. The staff have attitudes and half don't even smile and very unpleasant. The final issue of the last visit....child wanted to jump off the airbag jump...if that is what its called....so we went to the lady with no kids just standing around and she made an excuse that there is a time frame in which it's unlocked to jump. I then called the front desk from where we were and they informed me that's not ture and that I need to find a staff member to go over there. So basically she was just lazy as heck and I'm being nice. The 2 staff members a boy and a girl that we had to deal with that wouldn't let my child back in were not friendly and no smile and rest of the time we were there they had attitudes. This is a place of fun and a place for kids so if the staff aren't smiling or being energetic really they shouldn't be there. Definitely has changed since they opened. The manager when I brought it to her attention about my child not being let back in wasn't happy about the situation and told the staff to let her in. Even she said they needed to be checking the bands. This is easier than fast food so yeah I'm not happy woth this place at this time. Could be ran...
