Very good area do launch your boat for free. It can be busy at times depending on when you go out or come in. We were in the water within 10 minutes of showing up and we were able to park close. They have parking at the launch area, across the street and an over flow area in the field next to the main parking area. We were able to take the boat from there to a dockside restaurant where we were able to pull the boat up to the dock, go inside, eat lunch and get a drink. There is also a nice sand bar in the area where we were able to stop and swim for a while. The only issue we had was getting out. Between the people that were just getting there and the people leaving it got packed. Everyone trying to leave was blocked by someone trying to pull into the line to get their bout out of the water. Personally I think they have enough space to add an exit only for people leaving. It was my daughter and that I ended up going out on our cousins boat and it was amazing. CANT WAIT...

Awesome day of adventure! They had a lot of options from paddle boarding to kyaking and 2 person motor boats all in an area where there is no danger of 'anything that bites' and that is frequented by manatee and dolphins. We are a family of 6 - all different ages - so we took a pontoon out for four hours. It was well worth the price (less than going to an amusement park or whatnot). We'd never driven a boat but he gave us lessons, helped get the kids fitted in life jackets, and provided 2 small coolers with all the ice we wanted. We were given free reign to go wherever we desired. We saw a pod of three dolphins and a lone dolphin. They were playful and came close. We also saw lots of other native wildlife including horseshoe crabs, birds and the lizzards that are unique to the area. We land docked and explored two of the islands which gave a chance for the kids to swim. Overall a great experience we would...

Banana River Aquatic deserves five stars for many reasons the tour they take you on it's not just old let's put you in a better and hope you see something they explained everything like where the manatee is under the water because you can see how it puddles and the breath only thing was another boat came in the opposite direction and scared the manatee so he went under water instead of coming up but we were so close we saw dolphins we saw so many birds that you would never say in Ohio and yet they explained and answered every question you could have possibly came up with both of them were pleasant they were friendly and they took their time they didn't rush you through anyting I would recommend anyone in Cocoa Beach take the tour you find it informative but you will...
