We had a great time kayaking with Erin! It was my mom’s first time kayaking, and it was just the two of us. Erin was extremely knowledgeable and was patient. We did a 9:30 am tour. Erin caught a comb jelly right away and let us hold it, and knew a lot of facts about it. She then pointed out many more for us to see in the water. She also caught a mangrove crab that we got to touch and pointed out many birds and plants. We saw green herons, a great blue heron, and a tri-colored heron. She pointed out an osprey with a fish in its mouth, and a brown pelican. She knew many facts about birds and mangroves, and taught us things about the mangrove ecosystem. Unfortunately we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees, but it was still a great trip!

We booked the bioluminescent tour and we were able to actually catch and touch the glowing jelly fish. We had two tandem kayaks, and our 4 year old was able to ride with us. Our guide, Henry, periodically checked on us and was always aware of what was going on around us. It was in the dark so we did not get to see manatees but did hear a dolphin blowing air and got to see them swimming around us. Henry provided safety instructions, refresher on paddling, the nets to catch the Nelly fish, the kayaks and life jackets. We just showed up ready to go. I do suggest people being bug spray as we forgot but He ray gave us some that he had which was excellent. We would definitely book again, it was an amazing experience.

I booked a tour with this company on Wednesday, 5/27/2020, for a tour on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 9:30am.

I followed the websites instructions and called the owner to book a tour. We talked details for about 20 minutes and Bill, the owner, said to go ahead and book and call him if the website gave me any trouble. He even told me that I would go out with Cameron or Dale. I booked the tour with no issues and per Bill's instructions did not call back because everything went through properly. I even received a confirmation email.

We arrived to Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center and no one was waiting for us. At about 9:40am, I called to see where the guide and kayaks were. Bill answered and said he should have someone there in 45 minutes.

He was so long winded during our chat, that he blamed me for not following instructions and then admitted he actually didn't write down anything from our conversation. He also let me know that he gets a lot emails and missed the booking email from the site. He can't keep track of his own business plans. He further admitted that this happened last weekend as well.

This company is not professional. Bill runs this remotely and hires guides. They say they have nice equipment, however, the life vest provided smelled of mold and mildew. I almost vomited.

Another thing that was messed up, was the starting location. They had us paddle from Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center to Ramp Road Park, where we should have started at in the first place.

Dale was our tour guide, he was thrown into a terrible situation as the owner wouldn't offer a refund/cancellation when we asked for one at 10am. Dale was 3 out of 5 stars as a tour guide. We have experienced better kayak tours elsewhere.

This is the cheapest tour in the area and you can see why. Spend a little more and go with one of the other 4 kayak tour operators that leave from the same locations. there were two other companies that were in the same spot and they left on time (with about 10 kayaks).

UPDATE (6/8): Without me requesting it, the owner refunded half of what we paid for...

This was by far one of the best vacation adventures I have ever had. Booking was easy, once we arrived we had to make sure we had the right group, there was another tour going out. Once we got to to our company everything was a breeze. Cameron and Darius were our tour guides. They were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly experienced being out there. We have a family of 8, our six kids range from 6-19. Our two youngest ones were nervous at first going out, but once we were on the water and saw the sea life glowing in front of our eyes their fears seem to fall away. There are no words to describe what the bioluminescent waters are like, but believe me you won’t forget it. We encountered fish, a manatee, and even a dolphin at the end of our trip! The jumping fish were incredible!! I can’t say enough of how amazing this experience is. I don’t usually do reviews like this but this experience was definitely worth it! Can not...

Darius was an ok guide. Seemed a little inexperienced and not super personal. Talked a lot about his new kayaking business that he and his roommate are starting. Also, the tour we were on were tandem kayaks. I did find this info on the website after our tour, but it was not in a very obvious spot. This was a disappointment as I'm an experienced kayaker and would have preferred a single.

Whoever the old man was, he was absolutely AWFUL. Unfriendly, rude, and he didn't even introduce himself. Immediately started acting like a dad, and not in a good way. I wasn't impressed with the customer service or the experience, to be honest. Apparently the end of June isn't the best time to see the bioluminescent algae, which wasn't conveyed to us until we were already on the tour.

Save your $42 a person and spend it...
