This park is really, really nice. The town Official, Roderick Gay has added a soccer field with goals, an outside work out apparatus for the health conscience and hosts several festival's per year here. The only downside is the pathway bricks that have come up and are being played with by the kids--which is dangerous. Another downside is that on one of playgrounds there, part of the metal pole on the stairwell is broken exposing a sharp edge which is dangerous for kids. Other great things about this park are a men and women's restroom, 2 playground areas, plenty of places to grill and have gatherings, a tennis court and a track that goes the length of the park all around. And if you want to only walk around the top portion of the park, there's a path to do that. The only other thin I wish is that there was shade over the playground benches for parents watching...

I went here today for the 1st time, and it was great! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice everything looked! The splash pad is the most fun with plenty of water coming out in every direction! Lol, it also includes a large water filled container that flips over and splashes everyone. It was bigger than I thought, and I was shocked to even see a lifeguard monitoring the water source next to the splash pad. The basketball courts looked new and clean. Restrooms conveniently located right next to parking in which I did see someone cleaning them as I was leaving. No trash anywhere! I noticed a playground area behind splashed with some seating and also another large playground down past the courts near the road. College Park did their thing with this one, especially the airplane theme, with many flying over. I will most definitely return! My...

One of my favorite parks to visit for exercise. The .5 mile track is nicely paved with shade covering the first half and open air over the second half. 👌

There are two large tires on the field that are available to supplement a workout and the outdoor "gym" provides options for more strength training.

There are several pavilions available to reserve, each containing a grill. The tennis court looks pretty maintained as well as the to playground areas for children.

One of my favorite "features" of the park is that it's so close to the airport. Every few minutes you can watch airplanes taking off and landed, following a path directly over the park.

All in all, it's a nice park. Great for exercise or recreation with ample parking and...

I really just come here to decompress most of the time. It’s just usually really laid back during the day. I’m really glad they finally did some updates. The water fountain and basketball courts were good additions. They also have a track that loops the park and a few picnic areas and a few grills. The picnic area could use a pressure wash and some paint. Parking is not usually a problem. Finding some trees to park under is a different story. The playground could use some new equipment. Or at least add more swings. Overall it’s a good place to bring the family or to just come to for clear your mind.

Great space for little picnics on the grass and under shade. Nice walking paved areas. The playground is good for 1 year olds and up. Our little one had a blast on the swings and slides. Trash cans are accessible.
