While it was a great day with family painting our ceramics, the owner left a bit to be desired. First we had barely any instruction on what to do. Then we were moved from our table when a party came in so they could use our table. We weren’t finished painting and had reserved the table we were at also, but apparently the birthday party was more important. The other staff disagreed with the choice to move us and were very apologetic. The owner in the other hand thought a discount would make it ok that we were removed from our table. After moving us with while the glaze on our ceramics were still wet, we saw the table we were at was being used for the birthday party’s food. The space we were moved too would have been appropriate for the party to use. I just think, what would have happened if the ceramics we were painting for over and hour broke when we moved. Very disappointed with the treatment. I just hope the pieces turn out ok bc we still have to go get them after they are fired in the kiln. That will be the only time we...
Read moreUpon entering the pottery studio, the owner of All Fired Up told me I would have to leave in an hour. Not a warm reception as a new customer, but given that I was with my 2 year old grandson and 4 month old granddaughter I knew the timeline would not be a concern. One of the staff members was helpful to my grandson and we had fun painting and creating two projects. When paying over $50 for the small pottery pieces, I asked if they could be ready in two weeks and the owner said no but then agreed when I said it was for an upcoming birthday. We never heard from the pottery studio and when we called and then went in to pick up our pieces, the owner was impolite and difficult to speak with about the order-claiming nothing was ready. The two items were ready despite her lack of professionalism. Overall, I would not recommend All Fired Up Pottery and will be going elsewhere for fun, enjoyable pottery time...
Read moreGreat experience! I would recommend visiting as a date spot, friends outting, or even memories with the kids!
Time spent can range from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how detailed and precise you paint. For our group, most of us finished around the 1.5 hour mark and one person could continue detailing more.
I visited this spot for a birthday party with 10 people. We booked the private area in the front which had ample seating and was decorated with wall decor! There were many clay bodies to choose from including small figurines and models to functional kitchenware or jewelry holders. The prices ranged from $15-$55 depending on the size of the pieces. This price included glazing as well.
The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They welcomed us and walked us through the whole process from choosing our pieces, picking glazes and...
