This to me is the undisputed winner in Crab Cakes. Always make sure I ordered seafood from Bobby Chez when I’m in this area in South Jersey. I order from the Collingswood Location as this is where I grew up and my parents are still here so when I’m in town visiting it’s this location. I have had all the food from this location. Friend Shrimp, Oysters, Clams, Broiled Flounder Stuffed Shrimp and yes The best and Famous Crab Cakes. This place has been around forever yet the food is as good as it was the first week it opened. We went into the Collingswood store early Sunday morning and we were probably the first customers of the day. There was a gentleman behind the counter and I apologize for not getting his name.
