My top-of-the-line Miele C3 vacuum stopped working after some plastering was done in my apartment. The staff at Collingswood Sew & Vacuum took the simplest approach possible to fix the problem and their approach worked out well. They could have easily pushed for more expensive options but they wanted to get it done the least expensive way possible. They took it apart and cleaned out the motor, circuitry, and hose control panel and plug. That did the job and now the vacuum works fine. All for a very reasonable price.

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. A great experience from my initial phone call, to dropping off my old sewing machine for repair, thru to picking it up again. It is now working great, purring like a kitten, and no longer jams up every few minutes. Very knowledgeable staff made me feel comfortable, kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated well, properly set all expectations, and didn't proceed with any repair or adjustments until we had first discussed and agreed to all costs involved... which were very reasonable. Took my vintage machine there to get a re timing and though the african american man was soo sweet to recieve my machine, they seemed as if they didn't care. The other two guys in the store have bad customer service. They have the attitude of "you need our services not the other way around".

Just drop off your equipment give you a number to call back the next day to get your quote. They quoted me $98 for my repair. And when I asked if I could be there when they repair it just to watch, so I dont have this problem again they said no because it would be impossible for me to learn.As if I wanted to take their business from them.
