These dogs are not trail trained and cannot recall on command. Even in a wheelchair, I can get around easily, and it gives my dog an opportunity to run around, make new friends, and enjoy the outdoors. Everyone I've talked to has been extremely friendly and so have their dogs. The signs also say all dogs must be on a leash. My son is afraid of dogs and the majority of dog owners don't seem seem to care about following the rules.
