A great spot for a quick trail run or walk. There's not much shade so be prepared to be in direct sunlight most of the hike. The trail itself is a well cared for dirt road: wide, smooth, and flat. Definitely stroller friendly too. Parking is a bit awkward. There's a small dirt lot right next to the Fire Station. The loop around the lake is about 1.5 miles or so, by my rough guess.
