This place was amazing and most of the staff were very nice. This one particular staff member named Jenny was very rude and felt like she was racist because of everything that was said and how we and other were treated. We went there with family and we had kids with us. The hole is less than a mile but they do offer shuttle and golf carts to take you to and from the falls. There was a group in front of us that asked Jenny if they can catch a ride and she said sure that she will swing back around once she drops off the other people. When she came back around I asked her if we can catch a ride because my 6yr old couldn’t walk anymore. She proceeds to tell me that kids are not allowed on it and that it’s only for disabled. Mind you all the rides she had given were very fit and young guests that could clearly walk and there were kids on the transport as well. Then I noticed all the guests that were on all the transports were of no color. When we finally got to the top we asked another member and they said the line is outside of the gift shop and that yes you can take transport down. So we get in line so our children can go even if it was with one adult we all didn’t need to go. We were ok walking back to the entrance. Then while we are all in line and mind you there was a group ahead of us with 4 kids of all ages and a parent they were able to get on because the kids couldn’t walk anymore. When it came to our turn Jenny again who appeared mentioned we can not get on the transport. We questioned her and she said no. We even told her about the other guests that are going to and from the falls and we don’t understand if you have that amenity why is it only for a certain type or group of people. No where I. The rules did it state anything or have anything posted. We even talked to other staff members and they knew right away who we were filing a complaint about. The place was amazing but that one staff member Jenny made it to where we don’t want to come back or tell anyone to go there because she was very rude and was very judgmental and didn’t care to help people of color. We took pictures of all the carts going by of people that were being transported to and from the falls and the main gate entrance. Anyways this place is amazing but be prepared to not get any help if you’re unable to make the walk or if you have kids.
