Great little wooded area to hike around in. The trails are narrow and dirt which are great for a more true authentic hike right smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised how I was able to remove my self from the neighborhood once I set foot on the trail. The Talbert Thurston Shelter appears to be brand new and features lights, grills, power (also 220v!). There are several benches on the trail to take breaks. There are men's and women's bathrooms next to the parking lot. There are three handicap stalls and the parking lot is paved. Lots of shade and quiet neighborhood. Good for groups of 30-50 people.
