I hate to shop! I hate it with each fiber of my being.

Appliance & Mattress Center, just WOW.

Kim greeted me at the door. As I went through the process Pam came in, since Kim got busy in the office while she was waiting for me to finish my paperwork, Pam immediately took over.

She assisted me with deciding between a refrigerator with an ice maker versus a refrigerator with out one. A simple question "Is there a water line for the ice maker?" It didn't matter to her that the one with the ice maker was a higher price, what mattered was what I actually needed.

I went with the one without, purchased a gas stove, a queen mattress, and a platform frame.

We were finished in less than 15 minutes. Both ladies were kind, patient, professional yet friendly.

I was told that my items would be delivered on Monday between 11 and 3 p.m. I explained that I work from home, please text me and I would leave the door open.

I received a text at 10:26. Stating they would arrive in 25 minutes and they did.

Because they read the instructions they were quite, professional, set up my appliances quickly made sure everything was just as I wanted it and they were gone.

I shopped on line for over a week. I called various stores, some not open when I arrived even after calls of confirmation.

Appliance & Matress Center has great appliances, money back guarantees, financing; using the best approach, "what do you need". There was no pressure to sell.

Did I mention the prices? They are reasonable, affordable. This was by far the best shopping experience of the last 15 years.

Terrible experience. We purchased a washer and dryer. We were advised that it would fit on our current pedestals which were A different brand than we bought. After they cancelled our first delivery they delivered three days later. When the delivery people came he did not even try to see if the pedestals would work. He told us everybody knows that different manufacturers pedestals don’t work on other machines. Upon calling the store the owner who refused to talk to me and told me they were $250 each. We offered to split the cost with him for two pedestals which he refused to do. We canceled the order they were very nasty claiming they never told us that and charged us a $92 delivery fee for their problem. We were also bitten by fleas in their store where there were five large German Shepherd nasty dogs. The owner thought that was funny when he let the dogs out of his office and they we’re ready to attack. We also noticed the owner smelt like alcohol when he walked us out. They also held our money for over three weeks before giving us a refund. They tried to give us one excuse after another for this that and the other thing but they were all lies. Watch out we felt like we were being conned. When we were trying to get our money back they would hang up the phone and accuse us of being nasty another lie of theirs trying to avoid us. We ended up buying from another store for a better price and had the Machines delivered the next day...

This is our second purchase with AMC!! We bought a great HE Washer and Dryer from AMC two years ago and it is fantastic. We purchased a new mattress along with the box springs this morning. After pricing mattress sets all over town as well on Amazon, we couldn't beat the price for what we got. The mattress is a locally made product and has all the features we were looking for without the sticker shock of a high end brand.

Our trip was quick, service great, and we are looking forward to a long overdue good night's rest. Had we not had the option of AMC, there was no way we could afford a new mattress with the much needed features we needed. We both work long hours on our feet, so a comfortable and supportive bed is a must for us. Our old mattress was very old and we were not getting great sleep at all and our purchase with AMC today allows us to have what we need and what we could afford. We went with the financing option and it was quick, no credit check( no harm to our credit because no inquiry), and we left paying just $40 dollars and having it delivered same day. Awesome!!

We are very happy to also support a local family run business!! The neighborhood is not Dublin, but supporting business who strive to change the environment is so important.
