For winter: FUN PLACE TO SLED! For Good Weather to enjoy outside.. the park is fun for the kiddos! And adults when you want to feel care free and have some carefree fun! But my favorite part is the trail in the woods! It has bridges, rock steps. A beautiful scenery. The perfect walk through nature without getting wore out. It's not a super long walk. It's enough to enjoy it. And almost everytime there are deer hanging out in the field as you drive in/out. It's close to home. And a great place for kids to burn some energy. And adults to relax! There is also a Gym for basketball. Not sure what else they do there.

TAKE A FLASH LIGHT this was my first time coming to this park all say is don’t go down the trail at night if you are unfamiliar with trails I ended up walking the whole things took me about an hour I was scared simply because this was my first time coming here . I did get lost don’t be like me . Take your dogs here and let them run wild on the trail during the day . There is a ear piercing quiet calmness here an amazing place to get away from everything Has outdoor bathroom

Wow! what a fantastic park for incline training 😆 The steep hill and gradual assent on the opposite side of the long loop give plenty of fun until exhaustion 😄 I took my bike down and around 4 times, then turned around and did once up the steep side. 😥 Once was enough. Had a blast. I've yet to explore the off-road trails, plenty to discover. Plenty of paved road for bikes or skaters. Great for walking, jogging, pets, and families.

When I used to live in Holly Hill up the street, I would "occasionally" come to this park since it was close to home to walk my dog. I started out going on the weekends, which means lots of large groups or families get together there. Then I started going during the weekday afternoons and that's when it started to get really uncomfortable. I saw SEVERAL men all alone sitting their parked vehicles. I saw one man go into port a potty and then saw another one go in while he was in there...

I've seen them drive around in different spots of the park, get out of their cars and walk into the woods. One time I walked down a path with my dog and saw this man in dress clothes come out of this tiny path from the woods and walked real fast to his car, then saw another man come out of the same area. Pretty sure they were doing things they shouldn't be doing. So after witnessing that, I stopped going. Now I live on the Far East side. I recommend NOT coming...

I love this park. My dogs are obssessed. Its small usually not too busy during the week. On the weekends there are lots of people(kids, dogs, or parties). Very quiet otherwise. Only downside is its very dirty. (Used codoms in the parking lot dirty) unfortunately this is the west side of Columbus where its asking to much for people to walk a few feet to one of the many many many trash cans or dumpsters. Best part LOTS OF DEER!..and birds. If you enjoy sitting outside or wandering through the woods but aren't an expert this is a good place. Its very hard to get lost (everything goes in a big circle)....if u have kids WATCH THEM!! Definitely some creeps that come time to time. Police station is located at the park entrance ..not sure if this park is considered 420 friendly but I've never been told otherwise, others smoke here and doesn't seem to be a problem for those that keep...

My husband and myself (40s) were looking at a map near the entrance of this park when a police officer got nasty with us, telling us to MOVE, keep moving, etc. It would have been better if he asked us if we needed directions. We were being safe by pulling into the park instead of looking at a map from the road. We had to drive deep into the park to turn around and I'm glad we did. This is a severely underutilized space I've never heard of a city police department using park land for a sub station. We were there exactly 8 minutes and in those 8 minutes we were given stern looks by no less than 7 police officers. I feel badly for visitors to Columbus as they may fee like they are visiting a militarized police state when they are just looking to relax in...
