The best part about this park is it is shaded nicely and the scenery is great. The gazebo has newer picnic tables, but the play area is a bit dated. There are regular swings as well as toddler swings. No special needs swings. The playground is mulched and includes monkey bars and slides. When we went there were two tennis courts, however one was taped off due to a leaning fence. There is also a baseball diamond but it is all grass. The river is just across the street. Then if you go through the park area back to the dam, you will find a beautiful view of the dam, the water, the river and it's little islands.
