The Hall at Safe Harbor — Local services in Conestoga Township

My fiance and I fell in love with this place as the venue for our wedding and reception. Peter diligently worked with us to make that happen. The whole place is late 1930s early1940s (pre war) style look and feel beautifully redone with so much of the original building preserved. From the cozy sitting lounge equipped with a large, wood burning fireplace to the arched windows of the hall itself. It was perfect. However, our guest list outgrew the space and we were sad to look elsewhere. The cancellation process a few weeks before the wedding was painless. Due to the time frame, an understandable (and to be expected) 20% booking fee was charged. If you're goal is a small, intimate wedding and reception make this space work if you can. The Hall at Safe Harbor was the perfect setting for our fall wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and unique. Peter was amazing to work with and communicated in a timely matter (which if you planned an event recently, you may know isn't the norm). The basic catering kitchen was perfect. There were so many extras included in the cost too, that it was a no brainier for us (tables, chairs, linens, outdoor games, etc). We opted to have our reception under a tent in the parking lot and held the ceremony in the main hall. Of course, we had the hors d'ouvres in the fireplace room to show off the entire venue to our guests. (Another added bonus is there is an Airbnb across the street (managed by Peter as well) that was the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready...

My husband and I recently hosted our wedding at this venue. We booked the venue site unseen as we were planning the wedding from California. We received a video tour, videos, blueprint layouts of the space, pictures, etc. Communication with the team was great, especially Rosemary! This venue space is great for anyone looking for a DIY space. We were able to bring in all the decorations we wanted, caterers of our choice, etc. Both the inside and outside of the venue is absolutely beautiful!
