STAY AWAY from this place if you have anything important to get done.

The owner/manager Enrique is highly unprofessional, completely lacks the necessary knowledge for the business he runs and is shockingly outright rude to the customers.

Our company has been working with numerous reprographic companies for over 20 years and this was by far the worse experience- and the first time I've taken the time to write a negative review for one.

We work for a large engineering company and the proposals we put together are sometimes very high valued. Having done so many of these, I've learned that the best thing to do when things go wrong is to keep a level head. Instead of focusing on the blame, keep focused on resolving the issues so that the product gets done correctly and on time.

Unfortunately Enrique's ego is much bigger than his business sense because if he handled the situation professionally, he really could have earned some very good business in this tough economy. However, after he botched up one thing after another, not even being able to do some very basic print services, he actually blew up on our company. He puffed up and started swearing obscenities saying that our company had screwed everything up. Still, I stayed cool and simply asked them to focus on finishing the product.

Of course we will never go back there and we will advise others of the same to try and spare them the grief. Unfortunately, the problem seems to stem from the poor leadership and not from the staff themselves. This place may be fine if you need to print out a high school project or something simple. However, if you are a professional and looking for professional service, stay away from this place- the owner is not equipped to handle the pressure and there are many other companies out there that will do much better.

I am a little late, but I was in charge of getting all graphics together for ASD in Las Vegas. I started a month before the show date speaking to Ben Mariano. Of course scared of his reaction of my honesty of not knowing 1 lick of this side of the business without hesitation in the most nicest way possible he helped me create such a beautiful booth. From day one he was attentive, emailing me from the crack of his day to the last minute of the graphic designer going home. Everyday i thanked him, as many times as i could. He made me feel so comfortable and trusted his opinions and advice. I mean i didnt even know the correct measurements and he asked for anything that would give him detailing of my walls and just picked up my broken pieces like it was nothing. As the days got closer he comforted me left and right and i have never met someone in the past 31 years who has been so attentive and calm, understanding and helpful. For my first time stepping out of just ordering business cards from this company and trusting someone to do graphics STATES away (im in Florida) Ben gave me that "you can trust me" vibe from the beginning to the end. Alphagraphics did an excellent job for me. I work in Kansas City and had a client that needed 25 large signs for their convention. They only had one day to get the signs out and delivered to the convention space. I use the alphagraphics here in Kansas City for my clients that need signage, printing, high resolution scans and more and have never been disappointed that’s why I knew I could trust the alphagraphics in Las Vegas and I was not disappointed -even when the client made last minute changes. Alphagraphics here in Vegas did an outstanding job, gave great customer service and did beautiful work along with free delivery. My clients were thrilled with the work and the fact that it was a large order with an unreasonable deadline but Alphagraphics came through for me with flying colors. Their rapid turn around and beautiful outputs made me look like a champion to my client who didn’t think there was any way all those signs could be made in such a short turn around time.
