Customer service rep promised me the world about a claim that I have against Giantex cages. Missing parts crate was retapped all over and the was missing parts 5 stainless steel bowls And 4 metal pieces for a seed guard. This company should not be allowed to sell on Amazon (they are not quality vendors). Any way your rep told me he will take a full stand against Giantex and get my money back actually He agreed to a $15.00’retund. The bowls cost about $25 to $35 for 5 Seed guard can not be bought only from Giantex. Without seed guard this cage is useless to me. Please help me. I can't believe how bad Amazon has gotten lately. I ordered a Fire TV Stick from Amazon. They chose to have USPS deliver it, which the chose not to deliver. Now Amazon wants me to go to the Post Office to pick up a "delivered" item. Why did I pay for shipping, when I could have purchased the item at a store closer to me than the Post Office and had it the very day I ordered it.

Mom of 4 one being a newborn I order from here about 2x a month (sometimes more) the food is of good quality I actually prefer their produce versus Walmart delivery( theirs is 90% of the time rotting) I’ve never had an issue with deliveries.
