Bindel's — Attraction in Lima

Excellent service, both in-store and with delivery. We originally bought a refrigerator through a local big box store and had several issues with both refrigerators and deliveries not being completed. We went to Bindel’s and experienced great customer service explaining all of the options available. Our special order was quicker than we expected. The replacement water line required more work than any of us expected, and the servicemen (Kurt and Adam) went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked perfectly before they left. They took the time to explain the aspects of the refrigerator (filters, ice maker, etc) so that we understood everything. They made sure the doors were lined up perfectly, installed all of the shelves and such for us (which the big box store didn’t do), and cleaned everything so well once done. We will definitely be back for any future appliance purchases and recommend them...
