I've been using Black Tie Ski Rental for over 10 years now for my 4 kids' ski and snowboard rentals. The online rental process is very easy and if you need to make any changes there is always someone to answer your call. Their technicians show up to your door on time and bring with them high quality ski equipment. (The trick to an easy fitting is to always have your skier profiles up to date with current heights and weights). A couple of times throughout the years a couple of my kids have had boot problems where they become uncomfortable after skiing a bit, but after a quick call the issue is resolved quickly (often within a half hour) with a technician meeting us at the bottom of the hill with a different pair of boots. Excellent service and very helpful team members. We utilized Black Tie Ski Rentals directly from the Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar, where they operated the ski valet service. It was so convenient to rent from them, and the service was amazing. My son was having issues with his ski boots right before we were about to start our day of skiing. Since they operated the ski valet, Black Tie was able to quickly switch out his boots to a much more comfortable pair, right on the spot! Also the team members helped my kids put on their ski boots when they were having a difficult time getting them on.
