Our company asked for a replacement of a faulty machine that kept jamming. The service technician came to "fix" the jamming issue several times, but the machine kept jamming. We experienced extreme inconvenience EVERY SINGLE TIME we had to print or copy anything, but this company did not resolve the issue and dragged it on for SEVEN MONTHS. Finally, they agreed to replace our machine, but they first gave us a loaner that is an older version while they try to find comparable machine. The company did not apologize or try to compensate us for our months of troubles with the previous machine. Unbelievable.
