I have no idea how these people make money or stay in business - After several attempts to reach anyone, by any means, I finally physically walked into the business a few months ago to try and explain exactly what I needed and told them I was looking to spend a few thousand dollars. Some Asian cat greeted me and seemed clueless, in his broken English. So, some dude named Russell, overhearing the conversation, comes to the front desk, hands me a business card, but was too put out to talk - Something about needing to try and get a handle on all his negative Amazon reviews (Makes sense now). So, I emailed this Russell SEVERAL times to re-explain what I was looking for & what I was looking to spend... nothing. Nada. No response. Ever. And, at least that part makes sense now that I've seen these reviews. So, I happily took my bag o' cash and purchased everything I needed, at a much, MUCH lower price elsewhere. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS - There is no redeeming aspect of this "company" that deserves your attention and certainly not your money. I have purchased two cameras from this company since 2022. I don't live in Georgia. However, I have had a few issues with the camera, ( due to operator error :-) ) I have had to mail it back to them a few times to get it repaired. Each time I have mailed it back, I was able to get fixed what I needed and mailed back to me.

Russell was very professional each time I called. And again, due to operator error ( me ) I have to mail the unit back and I have had it for 2 years now. Russell was busy with customers, put me on hold, came back to the line and asked me to give him a quick reason of what was going on.

I did, we talked and my unit is in the mail for him or the staff to make the repair if they are able to.

SCAMMERS! They offer bug sweeping services and intentionally will not find the hidden devices at the orders of the federal government. Check out their website. They actively seek contracts with and work with the federal government.
